Reservations must be made by telephone at the following numbers:

• 1-877 787-7483 (toll free in Canada and the United States)

The Reservations Office is open from 9 am to 5 pm every day (7 days / week)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• If you or any other person in your party has limited physical mobility, please tell us when you make your reservation so that you can be assigned a parking space that will ensure easy access to the passenger deck.

• If you are driving a non-standard vehicle, you must obtain special authorization when making your reservation. 

If we have to cancel a sailing, all reservations made for that departure will be cancelled, and all deposits will automatically be refunded.

All clients have a responsibility to honour their reservations. This means that:

• Reservations cannot be transferred to another vehicle.

• Your vehicle must arrive at the ferry terminal as specified at the time of reservation.

• If you do not mention any additional equipment, such as a trailer, luggage rack or bike rack, at the time of reservation, management may have to cancel your reservation.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION

You can change or cancel your reservation free of charge, provided you do so before the prescribed deadline. If you change or cancel your reservation after the deadline, you will forfeit the deposit you paid at the time of reservation.
