The Islands are known for their breathtaking scenery, inviting beaches fringed by red cliffs and the legendary hospitality of the Madelinots. They say it only takes one visit to be charmed into returning again and again.
Under an agreement with CTMA, the STQ provides cargo transport to the Magdalen Islands 12 months a year. Cargo service is provided by the NM CTMA Voyageur 2, or by road during the ship's technical stops.
The STQ and CTMA offer a service between the Port of Montreal and the Port of Cap-aux-Meules, to provide a link to this remote region that is so dear to the hearts of Quebecers.
